The Art of Calligraphy & Lettering

Newest Walter Foster calligraphy instruction book, published 2011. This 144-page book blends instruction from Cari Ferraro for the beginning calligraphy and illumination sections, some additional instruction from Eugene Metcalf and Arthur Newhall, and contemporary lettering artist and teacher John Stevens.

Prose and Letters is not stocking this book, but does recommend buying it from John Neal, Bookseller, who will also have any of the tools you will need referred to in the text.
